- Developed a multimedia customer support bot through the Microsoft Bot Framework and Azure QnAMaker API. Implemented framework for suggesting related support entries and monitored customer support interactions through Azure Application Insights. Built a Power BI dashboard to perform sentiment, confidence, and various frequency analyses on customer interactions.
- Built web forms and began automation of a bottleneck in customer data input.
- Worked on upgrades to the deFacto Planning OLAP-based business reporting software. Implemented changes to the Microsoft Excel ribbon addon and created new forms with C# and .NET, gathering necessary data from Microsoft SQL server. Automated conversion to new versions of the deFacto product.
- Head volunteer manager for nonprofit FLL robotics tournament. Recruited volunteers and assigned roles based on experience, met with head coaches and trained staff, sent out all emails and relevant documents, organized spreadsheets for volunteer groups, and ran tournament information booth while overseeing staff and facilitating main events. Created tournament graphics.
- Maintained and updated the CIPCE website while working on a full overhaul.

- Coordinated and ran meetings, assigned language groups, designed posters and graphics for advertisement, ran social media, regularly met with RPI Union representatives, booked rooms, worked with various requisition forms, facilitated and cooked for club events.
- Lead the Japanese group in conversation, games, and activities to facilitate language practice.
- Cognitive Computing: Project-focused class utilizing IBM Cloud and IBM Watson. Built PoetTone: poetry reader/ tone analyzer/ music player; used FLASK for web-based frontend, scraped poems into a PostgreSQL DB, used NLP (recording TF-IDF values, integrating Watson Tone Analyzer) to detect tone and play music to fit the mood, and to detect literary devices within each poem.
- Software Design and Documentation: Project-focused class. Agile development approaches, daily status reports, risk assessment, user stories/cases, design patterns, UML. Studied project management. Built a web-based audio visualizer with Angular and WebGL.
- Parallel Programming and Computing: Parallel architectures, MPI, OpenMP, Pthreads, CUDA, MapReduce, transactional memory. Worked with the "AMOS" Blue Gene/Q supercomputer at RPI.
